myVRM Software for Scheduling
myVRM is a customizable web-based scheduling solution. It allows users to easily schedule events and appointments, whether for an in-person meeting in a conference room or an automatically connected videoconference.
The myVRM iControl Room Panel app extends myVRM’s scheduling capability to an iOS iPad mounted in a room bracket outside of a conference space. The iControl Room Panel provides users room status and local room availability in addition to providing the ability to schedule any space from the physical room location. The myVRM iControl Room Panel requires access to the myVRM system, wireless internet and POE. Once properly configured and installed, users can see free/busy status of the room and enter their account credentials to schedule meetings directly from the room panel.
